Terms & Conditions

General

  1. All participants must be capable swimmers.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse participation if the person is intoxicated or otherwise unable to sit safely in a kayak.

  3. When booking a tour, we assume that the terms have been read and understood.

  4. Packrafting is a water sport and you understand that you might get wet.

  5. During the tour under the direction of Hultenius Packraft & Uteaktiviteter, pictures of the participants may be taken. These images can be used in Hultenius Packraft & Uteaktiviteter publications and website, or in other media related to Hultenius Packraft & Uteaktiviteter activities. If you do not want to be shown on any picture, you must inform the tour leader about this when the tour starts.

  6. Our packrafts are designed for people between 40kg-120kg.

  7. Age limit is 10 years. Persons under the age of 18 must have signed approval from parents / guardians.

  8. We do not offer wetsuits on this tour. Wear a rain jacket, trousers and shoes that can withstand getting wet, and otherwise dress according to the conditions.

  9. Costomer participation in any / all activities is at their own risk. Hultenius Packraft & Uteaktiviteter accepts no liability or responsibility for any accidents or unexpected incidents that might occur during activities . We strongly recommend that all costumers ensure that they have appropriate insurance policies in place.

  10. We reserve the right to change these terms.

Participants health

  1. Although our courses/tours are not very demanding, we recommend that you are in good physical shape to perform the required activities.

  2. Inform the instructor if you have any physical ailments that may effect your ability to perform activities.

  3. Courses/tours will be adapted to the participants. It is important that everyone follows the pace set by the instructor.

Cancellation of course / trip

  1. Hultenius Packraft & Uteaktiviteter can move/cancel the activity for reasons, such as difficult weather conditions, too few participants or illness. You will then be offered the chance to move the tour / course to another date.

  2. If there are less than 3 people enrolled in a tour, the tour can be moved. You will be offered a new tour or a refund.

Cancellation by participant

  1. If cancelled before the start of the course, tour or rental, the following applies:

    • Cancellation up to 14 days before activities start: 100% of the payment will be refunded.

    • Cancellation up to 7 days before activities start: 50% of the payment will be refunded.

    • Cancellation later than 7 days before activities start: The payment will not be refunded.

  2. Make sure you meet well in advance. In the case of late attendance, the course/tour may have begun. If this happens, we will not refund or re-book the course.

  3. In case of illness, you will be offered a new date for the course/trip. This requires you to show sick leave.

  4. Cancellation must be made writing via e-mail.
